Cabarete offers a variety of yoga classes and retreats, for both locals and visitors. Most of these classes are accessible to new yogis or "beginner yogis".
Additionally, some yoga studios in the area provide drop-in classes, workshops, and longer retreat programs that combine yoga practice with other activities such as meditation, surfing, or kite-surfing. The tropical setting and relaxed atmosphere of Cabarete make it an excellent location for practicing yoga and fostering overall well-being.

Natura Cabana Yoga Temple
Located inside Perla Marina West of Cabarete approximately 10-15 minutes from Kite Beah by car/moto.
Natura Cabana offers Yoga classes in the mornings and afternoons held by various teachers. The yoga temple is beautiful with a fresh ocean breeze coming in. This is our favorite place to come to Yoga!
No reservation needed, just drop in.

Dharma Shala
Located close to the entrance of Encuentro (instead of turning into Encuentro, you turn into the left just before the Food court). Classes are usually on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7:30 a.m. but there may be more classes, so make sure to check their instagram for up to date information. The location is beautiful with the outside yoga studio overlooking the mountains.
